What is the delivery time for my order?

When you order from Fixyra, the delivery time may be a little different than you’re used to. Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transport costs—allowing us to offer sharp prices.
The average delivery time is 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand, your item may arrive a bit later than expected. We appreciate your patience. If the stated period has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please email support@fixyra.com and we’ll investigate right away.

I want to exchange/return my order. How do I do that?
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@fixyra.com. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000 from your confirmation email), and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and confirm your return. After that, you can ship the product back with a carrier of your choice.

What are the return costs?
Returns are at your own expense. Costs depend on the carrier. Please check your chosen carrier’s website for pricing.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You have a 14-day return window starting on the day you received the item. Returns are accepted if:

The return period has not expired;

The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached;

The product has not been used.
